Ultravation 91-005 16x25x5 MERV 11 Replacement Furnace Filter - 2 Pack

Received all the three cartons, intact. No visible external damage. 

Kudos to the your staff, starting from Dave who responded to my earlier emails 

asking for clarifications regarding the item I was looking for, especially assuring 

that, being a OEM product, sizing should not be an issue, and also to those who 

took care of filling the order and dispatching thru FedEx.  

Very gratifying to have come across a business, which conducts the business the 

way it should be conducted.  

Arrived on time as promised and was packed well. Easy to use the online ordering app.

I’ve been ordering these from another supplier for six years. They now do not sell to the public. Atomics price was great so I ordered two sets. When I received my order I noticed one of the cartons was extremely damaged. When I opened up the carton and the filters were crushed and unusable. I called Atomic and spoke with Dave in customer support and he handled everything. After sending him a few photos of the damage, I received my new filters. Excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers and their products. One small suggestion, maybe put a sticker on the cotton saying “do not crush”. I’m sure because cartons with filters are very light they get tossed around and stuff piled on top of them. Actually, the cartons that they are shipped in are pretty thick and strong. Great price and this 2 pack of filters. Prefect for my home as I have 2 AQU's. Received within a few days of placing order. Easy to install and prefect fit for my units. I will order again.

I previously bought my filters from Amazon but was unable to locate the 91-005 filter there this year. I went to the filter itself and located the website on that.
