Have not installed most recent purchase but have purchased same filters from Atomic before and very pleased with service and quality. Side by side with Carrier branded filters, they look the same and have performed equally.
Extremely disappointed, I've used 12X30X1 filters from other manufacturers for years with absolutely no problems, decided to give Atomic Filters a try due to the lower price. In this case the saying of "you get what you pay for" is true, had to use painters tape to keep the filters in place. Absolutely unacceptable.

First time buying the atomic made equivalent filters for my carrier, fit and installation went as hoped. Same size, fit and appears pretty identical to oem. Looking forward to the next change to see how effective these might be compared to oem.

A yearly Lennox Y6616 works well in a heat pump HVAC for a large house with three cats and two dogs. When we had three cats and three dogs, we also would replace filter only at the six month interval. During allergen season it allows good sleep at night, but obviously it can't help you if you leave the house.
