I was ordering filters for my Lennox unit from Amazon, never the same vendor twice. Last time I bought them, I didn't install one immediately. By the time I installed one... or rather .. tried to install one, I found they sent the wrong part. But alas they were no longer selling it on Amazon and now I'm out nearly 100 bucks and in possession of two air filters I cant use and probably just need to throw out.
My original review may be confusing. So here is more info. We originally purchased our Carrier filters from Amazon. When I last tried to purchase the filter from Amazon, we could not find the exact replacement product and it was not clear what an acceptable replacement product would be. We took a chance on Atomic Filters. Although my product number did not find a match on the Atomic website, the website was helpful in identifying a suitable replacement. We purchased one to try it out. Perfect fit. Worked so well we purchased a second for the next time we need to change the filter. I would not hesitate to buy anything from this company.

The Carrier air purifier filter is no longer available. Atomic Filters suggested a suitable replacement and it works great. Perfect fit. Delivery was fast.
Carrier does still offer this filter. The item you ordered is actually the Carrier version of the FiIlter. We do offer a Atomic compatible for this item, but Carrier's version(which is the one you received) says 'Captures & Kills' on the side of the Filter which is the filter you actually ordered.
The offbrand filters works! I tested one for 24 hours with no issues
I usually buy the name brand Carrier Filter for my system. I am trying this one for first time. The fit and look are the same as Carrier brand. Thanks for having this option to save some money.
I tried the non carrier version and had issues with it. Happy to stick with the original! And thank you Atomic filters for always great service. I like that I can pay through Amazon.
I finally installed the new filter yesterday. It's slightly different in appearance than the last ones were but fits perfectly and seems to be constructed exactly like the other filters were. The price is still about half of what my dealer cost was 5 years ago when I was a Carrier dealer. Seems to be a great product at a very fair price.
I ordered my filters on a Friday before 11am and received the filters on Sunday.

These are a perfect fit for my Carrier Infinity Air Conditioning air handlers. These went a little over a year before replacing them. The installer said they should be changed around 9mo but I never got an alert on my thermostat or anything. They are cheaper than the service company wants to charge too!

Purchased replacement filters using Nominal size as a guideline. Atomic clarified that Actual size dimensions are also included along with Nominal size (what is printed on filter). My further research showed that Actual sizes vs Nominal size vary depending on filter or manufacturer.
Best solution for me is to search your desired replacement filter using the recommended filter model number (provided by your equipment manufacturer, such as Carrier, Bryant, Trane, etc.) Don’t search by Nominal size alone.
Atomic did not take product back since I had used 1 of the 3- pack. I will use remaining 2 filters as is. They did offer a 5% discount on a new order but I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle.
