While I did not personally instal this filter, my A/C service person said they were great, and a bargain. Filters for our 16 SEER unit ARE MEGA expensive, but these were reasonably priced, and customer service was outstanding. Will order from Atomic filters again for sure.

This is a great filter but still in a bit of sticker shock honestly. Just purchased a home with the system that uses this filter and is 3x what I've ever paid in my previous residence.

This filter comes to you disassembled, and I confess to struggling with the build. However, Atomic Filters has a great “how-to” video on YouTube that makes this process as easy as possible. And once assembled, you’re left with a sturdy, long-lasting product.
Great buying and shipping experience. Perfect fit in one of our Levoits. Used for several days, so far so good, but long term usage not able to determine just yet. Just wishing there was a way to eliminate the outer plastic disposable portion of the filter. I am betting can be engineered better. Still recommended.

I’ve been ordering these from another supplier for six years. They now do not sell to the public. Atomics price was great so I ordered two sets. When I received my order I noticed one of the cartons was extremely damaged. When I opened up the carton and the filters were crushed and unusable. I called Atomic and spoke with Dave in customer support and he handled everything. After sending him a few photos of the damage, I received my new filters. Excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers and their products. One small suggestion, maybe put a sticker on the cotton saying “do not crush”. I’m sure because cartons with filters are very light they get tossed around and stuff piled on top of them. Actually, the cartons that they are shipped in are pretty thick and strong. Not anyone’s fault just the way it is. Thank you, Atomic
