I recently purchased a Carrier replacement cartridge in the wrong size. I left a message with Atomic's customer service team and received a call back from Dave the next day. He agreed to send a return shipping label and said I would be credited upon receipt of the returned product. The company made it easy to fix a mistake and I reordered and received the correct cartridge within a few days. I highly recommend Atomic Filters for their expansive product selection and excellent customer service.

I looked at several filter companies on the internet. Atomic Filters offers good prices for replacement furnace filters. FedEx damaged a filter during shipment, and Atomic replaced it at no charge, even though it wasn't their fault. Exceptional customer service!
These HVAC Filters are nothing more than a stupid piece of paper and a cardboard. It is beyond my understanding why it costs so much. However, it is what it is, and atomicfilters selling them for 30$ than Amazon.
The carrier delivered damaged unusable filter. An email to atomic filters resulted in quick relplscement of filters.

I needed to replace my large, Carrier in-system AC filter recently. Normally, my AC tech does it, but I'd rather be proactive and replace every 6 mos (versus 12). My tech referred me to where he got his filters but they refused to sell to me as I am not a licensed AC tech!! I went on Amazon and only found off-brand filters which did not inspire confidence given my system reads the life of the filter and its condition and gives alerts. I was able to find Atomic after a brief search an easily found my replacement filters. Price was right: not much more than the Amazon no-name and cheaper than what my AC guy was charging! They arrived within a few days and I was able to replace my filter myself. I've already referred them to all my neighbors who have similar Carrier systems, all installed at the same time. I'm a huge fan and loyal customer.

This filter is now hard to find. Atomic Filters has the real filter instead of ill-fitting knock offs. It was delivered in a timely manner in sturdy box. Very satisfied.

I was concerned that I would never find an aftermarket filter to fit our Skuttle AirBox since they went out of business but thankfully these fit perfectly. I tried several sites to build an exact fit but was never successful. Will be a customer for the life of the furnace for sure.
