I used this product looking for a compatible filter for carrier. Found this to work exactly as advertised. I accidently installed backwards causing error codes on my air purifier and customer support quickly helped me to resolve the problem and supported their product.

Excellent high quality filters. I purchase the fully factory assembled TopTech filter units. These 11 Merv filters do an excellent job in eliminating dust and particle matter from our home. The filters are a perfect fit for the multiple Bryant HVAC units we have.
I have tested this product with extreme price savings. The filter is such a savings for a home owner and works as well as the Carrier filter.
The filters were exactly what I needed and fit well. Shipment was timely. They were shipped in a very thick cardboard box that protected them from mishandling. I appreciated receiving filters that were not crumpled up.
These filters are a good replacement for the Carrier branded filters. They fit perfectly. I took a star away because the loop that is used to remove the filter is not very strong compared to the Carrier brand. When removing the filter the loop pulls out taking a bit of the cardboard with it. This makes it more difficult to remove them since you pretty much have to tear them out. Otherwise this is a good filter for the money.

Filter fit perfectly and was a good deal cheaper than brand name product. Will be hard to tell how well it filters but hopefully I can trust it works well. Alos nice I could buy 1 instead of 2 to save some money since only changed once a year!

By accident ordered the wrong size. When I called, they couldn't have been nicer and actually offered a replacement that was cheaper! Very easy company to do business with. Wish I had found them earlier.
I tried the cheaper model (AGAPXCAR1625 / PGAPXCAR1625), but got an error code on the air filter unit. This one (PGAPXCAR1625) works great!

I buy my filters from Atomic because they offer good prices, fast delivery, and options. This time, I purchased the optional non-Carrier version at a lower price. When they arrived, I compared them to the Carrier version and could see no difference. And the new filter fit like a glove.
