We’ve been a loyal customer of Atomic and have purchased filters annually for the past 2 years for our dual zone system with the Carrier Infinity Merv 13/15 filtration system. The quality this year dropped significantly as the filters are very “flimsy” and don’t feel even close to the quality of the same filters we purchased the past couple years (same price point). I’d rather pay 10-15% more for much more rigid and better quality. I will need to rethink buying from here next year.
