I just installed the lennox healthy living kit I ordered from Atomic Filters. Everything was in tact and fit in the unit. I will tell you that the box that held the ultraviolet light was opened on both ends when I unpacked it from the bottom of the filter package. It was not broken and seemed to work fine when installed. I am writing this review mostly as I wanted the supervisor of the guy who helped me with the order to know that he really knew the product line and followed through in every way possible, including telling me what to do if the wrong items were shipped or anything was damaged. Customer service like he provided is hard to come by anywhere, but especially over the phone. He said he was the only guy that takes the orders so I hope this finds its way to him and /or his manager. Will definetly stay with Atomic in the future so long as the service remains like it was with this order. Appreciate the help very much. If you guys know a reputable company where I can order parts for an older TRANE HAVAC unit would appreciate the referral. Have a great day.
