I just installed the lennox healthy living kit I ordered from Atomic Filters. Everything was in tact and fit in the unit. I will tell you that the box that held the ultraviolet light was opened on both ends when I unpacked it from the bottom of the filter package. It was not broken and seemed to work fine when installed. I am writing this review mostly as I wanted the supervisor of the guy who helped me with the order to know that he really knew the product line and followed through in every way possible, including telling me what to do if the wrong items were shipped or anything was damaged. Customer service like he provided is hard to come by anywhere, but especially over the phone. He said he was the only guy that takes the orders so I hope this finds its way to him and /or his manager. Will definetly stay with Atomic in the future so long as the service remains like it was with this order. Appreciate the help very much. If you guys know a reputable company where I can order parts for an older TRANE HAVAC unit would appreciate the referral. Have a great day.

These are the first replacement filters for our new heating system so I really can’t say too much about them. They look exactly like my original filter. Easy to fold together and a nice tight fit in the system. What I can say is the filters were very easily purchased online at a good price. The communication was outstanding. I was informed at each step of the process. I will definitely be purchasing again from Atomic Filters. A definite 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟star purchase.

I purchased two UV bulbs which I thought would be very fragile but they made it through the mail with very little protection from being broken. The bulbs were placed in an over size box with no wrapping to protect them except from there own personal box from the factory. Other poor packing this company is good on their prices and availability.

The air filter was exactly as ordered; the shipping was quick, packaging was good. I especially liked the option of ordering on a schedule. This increases the likelihood that I will get around to repacing the filter on a schedule, instead of replacing every so often when I think of it. Plus, I save a little bit of money doing so. I'm very happy with my order!
