In a rush to order a filter, I ordered the wrong one twice. Got their phone number from the website and called. The person I talked to was great. Ordered the right one for me. The also sent me a return authorization for the wrong filters. All this went about in a fast manner. All companies should follow their standards. I highly recommend them for your filter needs.

The Generalaire 16x25x5 HVAC filter arrived in good shape and fit perfectly. Ordering this size filter online was a challenge on other sites because most offered filters they claim would fit either 4 or 5-inch widths and I wanted an exact fit. The ordering process and free shipping were a welcome change from Amazon and other sites. When I had my A/C system serviced, I was told I would be charged $120 for a replacement filter, and by ordering through Atomic I saved a bundle. Of course it will take a year or so to truly evaluate the filter, but so far, so good.
