Recieved 2 UV kits. One is working great in the return box. The other had no power to the input light. Been waiting for instructions on returning for a replacement. I used to sell Lennox products and that is why I recommended this brand to my family.

I had my local AC company come out and change my UV bulb, at the time it was working fine, when they put in a new one do unit stopped working, they tried selling me an aftermarket set up at a very ridiculous price, that’s when I went online and found this wonderful store, received my unit in just a couple of days and at a reasonable price. after opening the box I discovered that the installer busted the base housing that attaches to the furnace, it ended up being a very simple fix !!
