I did not receive the correct size filter despite my order and confirmation emails specifying my order. However, Atomic Filter, much to my surprise, refunded my payment. I'm sorry I couldn't get just the right size from Atomic, but I'm impressed with their response. Thank you.
I just wanted to let you know that we will make sure you get the right filter if you did not, but please check a couple of things first. Our Compatible says 20x20x5(Nominal Size) on the side of the filter but has the same actual size of the Honeywell filter Actual Size: 19 7/8' x 19 7/8' x 4 3/8'.
We now use Blue medial on our MERV 11 filters.
Have you checked to see if this filter fits? If there is a different reason you think this is the incorrect filter, please let me know and we will resolve the issue.
