Received my filters in excellent condition. The price for the two filter package saves me money. They were shipped quickly, and I have a reminder with the company to ship on a timely basis! Great company to work with.
The filters were easy to order, competitively priced and arrived in a few day with no dents or damage.
While taking advantage of the savings by buying the 2-Filter package, the filters were damaged during the transport because of poor packaging. Due to the fact that there was no barrier between the filters, the cardboard surrounding the filters smashed into each other and became distorted. This caused difficulty during the insertion into the furnace chamber. This problem can easily be addressed in the future.
Finding a replacement that actually fit vs. suppose to fit was solved! Well constructed, shipped on time, and good filtration material.
