I purchased from Atomic Filters for the first time last year (Feb 2025) and it was a great experience. I turned around this year and did the same. This year was a little rocky, but their customer service was there to save the day. I purchased the Lennox Annual Maint. Kit for my HVAC, the same as last year. Only this time, all three items included in the kit were damaged on arrival (filter, UV bulb, UV bulb frame). I contacted their customer service and they responded almost immediately. They asked for me to send them a few pics of the items, along with the shipping box. I sent the pics and before I knew it, I received a notification that my order was being shipped. When I received the full replacement kit, I opened it to find all but the UV bulb frame was damaged. I just replied back to my last email to let them know that two of the three items were damaged this time. I told them I could probably still use the filter by taping the frame with packing tape. They told me to go ahead and include pics of the filter and the bulb and they would replace both. I sent the pics as requested and once again, received a quick notification of shipping. Once the third shipment arrived, it was very obvious that a lot of extra care was put into securing the bulb inside the shipping box. It was well protected and both it and the filter were in great condition. I think both deliveries were damaged by the shipper and not a result of careless packing by Atomic Filters. Both of the first two shipments were packaged exactly how my 2025 order was received, in Lennox packaging. So, I'm happy to recommend Atomic Filters to anyone I know. Plus they had the best pricing I could find on the Internet.
