I recently purchased a Carrier replacement cartridge in the wrong size. I left a message with Atomic's customer service team and received a call back from Dave the next day. He agreed to send a return shipping label and said I would be credited upon receipt of the returned product. The company made it easy to fix a mistake and I reordered and received the correct cartridge within a few days. I looked at several filter companies on the internet. Atomic Filters offers good prices for replacement furnace filters. FedEx damaged a filter during shipment, and Atomic replaced it at no charge, even though it wasn't their fault. Exceptional customer service!

These HVAC Filters are nothing more than a stupid piece of paper and a cardboard. It is beyond my understanding why it costs so much. However, it is what it is, and atomicfilters selling them for 30$ than Amazon.

The carrier delivered damaged unusable filter. An email to atomic filters resulted in quick relplscement of filters.
