First I'll say that ordering and delivery of the filter was super easy and prompt. As for the filter itself: I wish it was available in a MERV13 to filter finer particles. I also wish the cardboard frame were a little thicker and easier to fold. The reason for the frame comment is that the scoring for the folds isn't that great, so I can't always get the folds in a straight line without some issues. Even once assembled, the thin cardboard can bend or wrinkle when installing or removing. The process is easy enough, I would just like it to be a bit more sturdy. I am a repeat customer, so I'm getting used to working with the thin cardboard. Additionally, they are much more affordable than buying from the HVAC company.

This filter 2-pack arrived with some assembly (easy) required. Each filter is collapsed liked an accordian, which makes it easier to protect from shipping damage. Atomic Filters has a very competitive price on this filter and they shipped my order out rather quickly. I am a very satisfied customer.
