I was glad to have an HVAC professional install this filter because it took him 30 minutes to get it put together (assembly required!) and it was not obvious! At least he knew what he was doing and what it was supposed to look like, I would never had succeeded. I'll pass on one of his comments that might be helpful - he said if there had been indicators of how to match up the sides, it would have helped him align the thing (like a to a, ,b to b, etc) . . There were no markings, no indications of which sides (top and bottom) needed to match up to get it not to buckle.
Ordering was easy, shipping was quick. You get a '5' for that but a 3 forthe assembly.
